Alcara li Fusi is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Metropolitan City of Messina within the Italian region of Sicily. It is located in the eastern part of the island, positioned approximately 120 kilometres (75 mi) east of Palermo and about 80 kilometres (50 mi) west of Messina.
