Villanova Truschedu, also known as Bidda Noa Truschedu in the Sardinian language, is a comune located in the Province of Oristano within the Italian region of Sardinia. It is situated approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) northeast of Oristano and about 90 kilometres (56 mi) northwest of Cagliari.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality encompassed an area of 16.5 square kilometres (6.4 mi2) with a recorded population of 335 residents.
