Villagrande Strisaili is a comune located in the Province of Ogliastra within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. It is situated approximately 150 kilometres northeast of Cagliari and about 18 kilometres northwest of Tortolì.
The municipality has a population of 2,834 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative center within the northeastern portion of the island's interior region.
