Ussana is a comune located in the Metropolitan City of Cagliari within the Italian region of Sardinia. It is situated approximately 20 kilometres, or about 12 miles, north of the city of Cagliari.
The municipality covers an area of 32.8 square kilometres (12.7 mi2). As of December 31, 2004, Ussana had a recorded population of 3,870 residents.
