Urzulei is a town and comune located in the province of Ogliastra within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. It is situated approximately 100 kilometres northeast of Cagliari and about 25 kilometres northwest of Tortolì.
The municipality has a population of 1,024 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative center in the Ogliastra region of the island.
