Tuili is a town and comune located in the Province of Medio Campidano within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. Geographically, it is situated approximately 60 kilometres (37 mi) north of Cagliari and about 20 kilometres (12 mi) northeast of Sanluri.
The municipality has a population of 882 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative center within the interior region of the island.
