Triei is a town and comune located in the province of Ogliastra within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. It is situated approximately 100 kilometres northeast of Cagliari and about 11 kilometres north of Tortolì.
The municipality has a population of 1,060 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative center within the Ogliastra region of the island.
