Siniscola is a town and comune located in the province of Nuoro within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. It is situated approximately 160 kilometres (99 mi) northeast of Cagliari and about 45 kilometres (28 mi) northeast of Nuoro.
The municipality has a population of 11,139 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative center in the northeastern part of the island.
