Setzu is a village and comune situated in the Province of Medio Campidano within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. It is located approximately 60 kilometres (37 mi) northwest of the city of Cagliari and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) north of Sanluri.
The municipality has a small population consisting of 127 inhabitants.
