Settimo San Pietro, known as Sètimu in the Sardinian language, is a comune (municipality) located in the Italian region of Sardinia. It is situated within the Metropolitan City of Cagliari, positioned approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) northeast of the city of Cagliari.
The municipality has a population of 6,965 inhabitants. It serves as one of the local administrative divisions within the metropolitan area surrounding the regional capital.
