Serramanna is a town and comune located in the Province of Medio Campidano within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. It is situated approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) northwest of Cagliari and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) south of Sanluri.
The municipality has a population of 8,388 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative center within the Sardinian interior.
