Selegas, also known as Sèligas in the Sardinian language, is a comune located in the Italian region of Sardinia. It is situated within the Metropolitan City of Cagliari, approximately 40 kilometres north of the city of Cagliari.
The municipality covers an area of 20.5 square kilometres. As of December 31, 2004, Selegas had a recorded population of 1,511 residents.
