Sedini is a comune, or municipality, located in the Italian region of Sardinia. It is situated within the Metropolitan City of Sassari, positioned approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) northeast of Sassari and about 180 kilometres (110 mi) north of Cagliari.
The town is part of the Anglona traditional subregion. It serves as a local administrative center within its specific geographical area in northern Sardinia.
