Sedilo is a comune located in the Province of Oristano within the Italian region of Sardinia. It is situated approximately 110 kilometres north of Cagliari and about 40 kilometres northeast of Oristano.
The municipality borders several neighboring areas, including Aidomaggiore, Bidonì, Dualchi, Ghilarza, Noragugume, Olzai, Ottana, and Sorradile.
