Sarule is a town and comune situated in the Province of Nuoro within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. It is located approximately 170 kilometres (110 mi) north of Cagliari and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) southwest of Nuoro.
The municipality has a population of 1,450 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative center within the inland region of the island.
