Perfugas is a comune, or municipality, located in Italy within the region of Sardinia. It is situated in the Metropolitan City of Sassari.
The town is positioned approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) northeast of Sassari and about 180 kilometres (110 mi) north of Cagliari.
