Perdasdefogu is a town and comune located in the Province of Ogliastra within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. It is situated approximately 60 kilometres (37 mi) northeast of Cagliari and about 35 kilometres (22 mi) southwest of Tortolì.
The municipality has a population of 1,689 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative center within the Ogliastra province.
