Palmas Arborea is a comune located in the Province of Oristano within the Italian region of Sardinia. It is situated approximately 80 kilometres northwest of Cagliari and about 6 kilometres southeast of Oristano.
The municipality covers an area of 39.3 square kilometres. As of December 31, 2004, Palmas Arborea had a recorded population of 1,366 residents.
