Ottana is a town and comune located in the Province of Nuoro within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. Geographically, it is situated approximately 110 kilometres north of Cagliari and about 25 kilometres southwest of Nuoro.
Historically, Ottana served as a former bishopric and Latin titular see. The municipality currently has a population of 2,147 inhabitants.
