Orroli is a comune located in the Metropolitan City of Cagliari within the Italian region of Sardinia. Situated approximately 67.4 kilometres north of Cagliari, the municipality covers an area of 75.6 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 2,430 as of December 31, 2010.
The territory is home to several significant landmarks, most notably Nuraghe Arrubiu, which is considered one of the most important nuraghi in Sardinia and serves as the only intact example of a five-tower nuraghe. The area also features infrastructure for water management, including a dam on the Flumendosa river and the Mulargia dam, the latter of which created an artificial lake.
The village offers various accommodations, including hostels and bed and breakfasts that are organized around ancient traditions and old lifestyles. Its name is derived from the term for "downy oak."
