Orotelli is a town and comune located in the Province of Nuoro within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. It is situated approximately 120 kilometres (75 mi) north of Cagliari and about 20 kilometres (12 mi) west of Nuoro.
The municipality has a population of 1,824 inhabitants.
