Onifai is a village and comune located in the Province of Nuoro within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. It is situated approximately 40 kilometres (25 mi) east of Nuoro and about 200 kilometres (120 mi) north of Cagliari.
The municipality lies just 5 kilometres (3 mi) inland from the gulf of Orosei. As of current records, Onifai has a population of 728 inhabitants.
