Narcao is a town and comune located in the Province of Sulcis Iglesiente within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. It is situated approximately 40 kilometres (25 mi) west of Cagliari and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) east of Carbonia.
The municipality has a population of 2,967 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative center within the southern region of the island.
