Musei is a town and comune located in the Province of Sulcis Iglesiente within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. The municipality is situated approximately 40 kilometres (25 mi) west of the capital city of Cagliari and about 20 kilometres (12 mi) northeast of Carbonia.
The town has a population of 1,512 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative center within its province on the island of Sardinia.
