Monteleone Rocca Doria is a comune located in the Metropolitan City of Sassari within the Italian region of Sardinia. It is situated approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) south of Sassari and about 150 kilometres (93 mi) northwest of Cagliari.
As of 2018, the municipality covers an area of 13.0 square kilometres (5.0 mi2) and has a population of 99 residents.
