Modolo is a comune located in the Province of Oristano within the Italian region of Sardinia. It is situated approximately 40 kilometres north of Oristano and about 130 kilometres northwest of the regional capital, Cagliari.
The municipality covers an area of 2.5 square kilometres. As of December 31, 2004, Modolo had a recorded population of 196 residents.
