Mamoiada is a town and comune located in the Province of Nuoro within the autonomous region of Sardinia, Italy. It is situated approximately 12 km (7 mi) southwest of Nuoro and about 110 km (68 mi) north of Cagliari.
The municipality has a population of 2,349 inhabitants. As a local administrative center in the Sardinian interior, it serves as a primary residential and civic hub for the surrounding area.
