Lotzorai is a town and comune located in the Province of Ogliastra within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. It is situated approximately 100 kilometres (62 mi) northeast of Cagliari and about 4 kilometres (2 mi) northeast of Tortolì.
The municipality has a population of 2,122 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative center within the Ogliastra province.
