Loiri Porto San Paolo is a town and comune located in the Province of Gallura in north-east Sardinia, an autonomous island region of Italy. The municipality is situated approximately 180 kilometres (110 mi) north of Cagliari and about 7 kilometres (4 mi) south of Olbia.
The town has a population of 3,929 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative center within the Gallura region of the Sardinian coastline.
