Loceri is a town and comune located in the Province of Ogliastra within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. It is situated approximately 80 kilometres northeast of Cagliari and about 11 kilometres southwest of Tortolì.
The municipality has a population of 1,345 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative center within the Ogliastra province.
