Jerzu is a town and comune located in the Province of Ogliastra within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. It is situated approximately 70 kilometres northeast of Cagliari and about 20 kilometres southwest of Tortolì.
The municipality has a population of 2,912 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative center in the Ogliastra province of the island region.
