Ittireddu is a village and comune (municipality) located in the Metropolitan City of Sassari within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. The municipality is situated approximately 35 kilometres (22 mi) southeast of the city of Sassari and about 150 kilometres (93 mi) north of Cagliari.
The community has a population of 457 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative division within the northern portion of the island's metropolitan region.
