Irgoli is a town and comune located in the Province of Nuoro within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. It is situated approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) northeast of the city of Nuoro and about 140 kilometres (87 mi) northeast of Cagliari.
The municipality has a population of 2,194 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative center within the inland region of the island.
