Ilbono is a town and comune located in the Province of Ogliastra within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. It is situated approximately 80 kilometres northeast of Cagliari and about 9 kilometres southwest of Tortolì.
The municipality has a population of 1,966 inhabitants. Its local economy is primarily based on heavy industry.
