Guasila is a municipality located in the Metropolitan City of Cagliari within the Italian region of Sardinia. It is situated approximately 40 kilometres, or about 25 miles, north of the city of Cagliari.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 43.5 square kilometres (16.8 mi²) and had a recorded population of 2,871 residents.
