Girasole is a town and comune located in the Province of Ogliastra within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. It is situated approximately 90 kilometres (56 mi) northeast of Cagliari and about 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) northwest of Tortolì.
The municipality has a population of 1,369 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative center within the Ogliastra province.
