Gesturi is a town and comune located in the Province of Medio Campidano within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. It is situated approximately 60 kilometres north of Cagliari and about 20 kilometres northeast of Sanluri in the historical region of Marmilla.
The municipality has a population of 1,113 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative center within its province on the island of Sardinia.
