Genuri is a village and comune (municipality) located in the Province of Medio Campidano within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. The settlement is situated approximately 60 kilometres (37 mi) northwest of Cagliari and about 20 kilometres (12 mi) north of Sanluri.
The municipality has a population of 295 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative division within the Sardinian interior.
