Galtellì is a town and comune located in the Province of Nuoro within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. It is situated approximately 140 kilometres (87 mi) northeast of Cagliari and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) northeast of Nuoro.
The municipality has a population of 2,377 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative center within the inland region of the island.
