Erula is a village and comune situated in the Metropolitan City of Sassari within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. The municipality is located approximately 180 kilometres (110 mi) north of Cagliari and about 35 kilometres (22 mi) east of Sassari.
The community has a population of 702 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative center within the northern portion of the island.
