Elini is a village and comune located in the Province of Ogliastra within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. The municipality is situated approximately 80 kilometres northeast of Cagliari and about 11 kilometres southwest of Tortolì.
The community has a population of 555 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative division within the southeastern portion of the Sardinian island.
