Dorgali is a town and comune located in the Province of Nuoro within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. It is situated in the seaside Supramonte mountain area, positioned approximately 38 kilometres (24 mi) east of Nuoro and about 230 kilometres (140 mi) northeast of Cagliari.
The municipality has a population of 8,238 inhabitants. It is characterized by its geographical location within the mountainous terrain of the Supramonte region.
