Domusnovas is a town and comune located in the Province of Sulcis Iglesiente within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. It is situated in the valley of the Cixerri river, positioned approximately 40 kilometres northwest of Cagliari and about 20 kilometres northeast of Carbonia.
The municipality has a population of 5,694 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative center within the Sulcis-Iglesiente region of the island.
