Domus de Maria is a town and comune located in the Metropolitan City of Cagliari within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. The municipality is situated approximately 35 kilometres (22 miles) southwest of the regional capital, Cagliari.
The community has a population of 1,630 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative center for its residents in the southwestern portion of the island.
