Collinas is a village and comune located in the Province of Medio Campidano within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. It is situated approximately 50 kilometres (31 mi) northwest of Cagliari and about 9 kilometres (6 mi) northwest of Sanluri.
The municipality has a population of 741 inhabitants. As a rural administrative division in southern Sardinia, it serves as a local residential and municipal center for the surrounding area.
