Cargeghe is a village and comune located in the Metropolitan City of Sassari within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. The municipality is situated approximately 170 kilometres (110 mi) north of Cagliari and about 9 kilometres (6 mi) southeast of Sassari.
The community has a population of 590 inhabitants.
