Calasetta is a town and comune located on the island of Sant'Antioco in Italy. It is situated within the Province of Sulcis Iglesiente in the autonomous island region of Sardinia.
The municipality has a population of 2,776 residents. It is the less populous of the two towns on the island of Sant'Antioco, with its only neighboring municipality being Sant'Antioco.
