Buggerru is a town and comune located in the Province of Sulcis Iglesiente within the autonomous region of Sardinia, Italy. It is situated approximately 70 kilometres (43 mi) northwest of Cagliari and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) northwest of Carbonia.
The municipality has a population of 1,007 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative center within the Sulcis Iglesiente province.
