Birori is a village and comune situated in the Province of Nuoro within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. The municipality is located approximately 50 kilometres (31 mi) west of Nuoro and about 142 kilometres (88 mi) north of Cagliari.
The community has a population of 481 inhabitants. It serves as a local administrative division within the Sardinian interior.
