Assolo is a village and comune located in the Province of Oristano within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. The municipality is situated approximately 70 kilometres (43 mi) north of Cagliari and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) southeast of Oristano.
The community has a population of 321 inhabitants.
